摘  要:采用溶胶-浸渍法,成功地在三维编织碳纤维的纤维表面涂覆SiO2,并通过碳热还原反应制得厚度约为0.55μm的SiC涂层。研究了涂层/编织碳纤维(复合纤维)氧化反应的动力学和反应机理。结果表明:涂层能明显提高编织碳纤维的抗氧化性能;复合纤维的氧化反应过程可以分为2个阶段:第1阶段为反应控制;第2阶段为扩散和反应共同控制。The SiO2 coating on 3-D braided carbon fiber was prepared by the sol-dipping method. And also the SiC coating with about 0.55 mum thickness was prepared by carbothermic reduction reaction. The oxidation reaction kinetic and mechanism of composite fiber were studied. The results showed that the oxidation resistance of composite fiber was obviously improved by coating. The oxidation process of composite fiber was reaction-controlled in the first oxidation step, gas diffusion and chemical reaction controlled in the second oxidation step.
