高效杀菌消毒剂过氧化氢氟化钾的合成

摘　　要：对过氧化氢氟化钾(KF·nH2O2)的合成进行了研究,并提出添加一定数量稳定剂,以提高其产品在高温下稳定性的方法。以氟化钾和过氧化氢为原料制备过氧化氢氟化钾,当氟化钾与过氧化氢的物质的量比为1∶2时,过氧化氢氟化钾的收率可达87.6%(以过氧化氢计),过氧化氢质量分数约为47%,其稳定性超过其它同类固体消毒剂。The synthesis of potassium fluoride peroxide(KF·nH_(2)O_(2))is studied,and the measures for improving the stability of the product by adding a certain amount stabilizer are also stated.When the mole ratio of raw materials KF/H_2O_2 is 1∶2,the yield of KF·nH_(2)O_(2)(calculated as H_2O_2)can reach 87.6% and the H_2O_2 content can be 47%.The test results show that the stability of KF·nH_(2)O_(2) is higher than that of other equivalant disinfectant.
