摘  要:以山西铝厂西河底矿为参照矿 ,对 2种高铝硅比民矿———晋北铝土矿及豫中铝土矿进行了可磨性试验 ,确定了其比可磨系数及磨机的单位生产能力。结合矿相组成及矿物结构对试验结果进行了合理的解释。结果表明 ,比可磨系数为 0 .5 8的难磨矿晋北矿构造为致密块状及角砾状 ,矿物的硬度大 ,而比可磨系数为 3 .93的易磨矿豫中矿构造为土状、疏松块状 ,矿物硬度小。Referring to the ore in Xihedi Mine in Shanxi Aluminum Factory, grindability tests have been done on two civil mines of high aluminum/silicon, i e Bauxite Mine in north of Shanxi Province and Bauxite Mine in the center of Henan Province. The specific grindability factors of ores and the unit capability of grinders are all decided after test. Also, a reasonable explanation has been given for the test results in combination with the constitution of ore microscopy and structure of minerals. Results show that minerals with the specific grindability factor of 0.58 in the Bauxite Mine in north of Shanxi Province are in the shape of a compact block or in an angular shape with higher hardness; while minerals with the specific grindability factor of 3.93 in Bauxite Mine in the center of Henan Province exists in the form of loose soil with less hardness.
