摘  要:以乳酸和硝酸铝为原料 ,采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了纳米结构氧化铝陶瓷纤维 ,纤维直径可在 1μm以下 ,组成此纤维的晶粒小于 10 0nm。考察了纤维前驱体可纺性的影响因素和前驱体纤维热分解过程 ,初步得到了制备纳米结构氧化铝纤维的工艺条件。通过SEM、XRD和FTIR研究了纤维前驱体及热处理产物的表面形貌、物相组成和结构。实验表明采用溶胶 凝胶法可以制备连续、均匀的致密纳米结构氧化铝陶瓷纤维。The nanostructural alumina fibers successfully prepared starting with lactic acid and aluminium nitrate by sol-gel techniques, can be less than 1 μm in diameter and consists of nanometer particles. After studying the factors infecting the spinnability of gel precursors and the whole process of thermal decomposition, a primary technical conditions for preparing nanostructural alumina fibers has been obtained. Also the morphologies,composition of physical phase and structure of gel precursors fibers and nanostructural alumina fibers derived from the thermal decomposition of the gel precursor fiber have been studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIP). The results show that uniform and compact nanostructual alumina fibers can be continuously prepared by sol-gel techniques.
