摘　　要：Chinese folk medicine “Liang Tou Jian”(Anemone raddeana Regel) is the important medicine used to treat rheumatism, neuralgia, cancer and so on. Its chemical constituents were studied by chromatographing on silica gel and HPLC. A new triterpenoid saponin, raddeanoside 18, along with two known triterpenoid saponins, Hederacholichiside F and Leontoside D, was isolated from the ethanolic extrant of the rhizoma of Anemone raddeana Regel. Their structures were elucidated as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-]-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(2), 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid 28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3) by 1D and 2D NMR ESI-MS and IR spectrometries, respectively.Chinese folk medicine “Liang Tou Jian”(Anemone raddeana Regel) is the important medicine used to treat rheumatism, neuralgia, cancer and so on.
