摘　　要：采用解析法设计了一种新型的切纸滚刀 ,应用于卷烟生产中对水松纸的切割。推导了滚刀各几何参数的计算公式 ,给出了设计实例。该滚刀采用独特的工作原理 ,改善了其工作状态 ,提高了切割速度 ,降低了调试及检修难度 ,延长了滚刀使用寿命 。A new type of paper-cutting hobs has been designed by analytic means . With the hobs having distinctive working mechanism , their working state is improved , the cutting speed is advanced , the difficulties of examining and repairing the hobs are decreased , their life-span is also prolonged. Thus the efficiency of the tobacco machine is greatly enhanced.
