老年人T淋巴细胞对骨髓造血祖细胞的影响

摘　　要：目的 :研究老年人T淋巴细胞对骨髓造血祖细胞的影响。方法 :将老年人外周血制备的植物血凝素刺激的T淋巴细胞条件培养液 (PHA TCM)加入造血祖细胞的培养基中 ,分别对老年人和成年人骨髓粒 巨噬细胞系集落形成单位 (CFU GM )和红系爆式集落形成单位 (BFU E)进行培养。结果 :含有老年人的PHA TCM培养条件下的老年人和成年人骨髓的CFU GM和BFU E集落数明显低于含有成年人的PHA TCM培养条件下的集落数。结论 :老年人T淋巴细胞对骨髓造血祖细胞的支持作用减弱。Objective:To study the effect of T-lymphocytes on hematopoietic progenitors in elderly.Method:Phytohemagglutinin-stimulating T-lymphocytes conditioned medium(PHA-TCM) prepared from the elderly was added to the culture medium of the hematopoietic progenitor, and the colony-forming unites-granulocytes/macrophage(CFU-GM) and burst-forming unites-erythroid (BUF-E) of elderly and adult were cultured respectively.Result:The number of bone marrow CFU-GM and BFU-E in the elderly and adult grown in the medium containing PHA-TCM prepared from the elderly was more decreased than that from the adult.Conclusion:The support effect of T-lymphocyte on hematopoietic progenitors was decreased in elderly.
