摘 要:目的:探讨皮肤移植对鸡胚脊髓开放性神经管缺损(openneuraltubede-fects,ONTDs)模型不同胚胎发育时期的病理演变过程及其保护作用。方法:选鸡胚H&H发育等级18~19期为实验对象。手术切开中央管,诱发脊髓ONTDs模型。神经管开放后,实验组立即行皮肤移植,对照组不做皮肤移植。随后实验组和对照组的鸡胚继续分别孵化3,5,7,10d后,比较观察脊髓ONTDs的复原率和组织形态学变化。结果:实验组继续孵化3,5,7,10d四个不同发育时期脊髓ONTDs的复原率为87%(13/15),60%(9/15),54%(7/16),88%(14/16),与之相对应的对照组为13%(2/15),0(0/15),0(0/15),20%(3/15),两者比较结果,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验组4个不同胚胎发育时期间的脊髓ONTDs复原率比较结果,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组脊髓ONTDs复原的组织形态学变化基本与正常相同。结论:在鸡胚脊髓ONTDs模型上,皮肤移植能促进脊髓复原为正常组织形态学结构,对脊髓具有保护效应。AIM:To investigate pathologic procedures and protective effects of skin transplantation on the open neural tube defects(ONTDs) model of spinal cord in chick embryos at different stages of embryogenesis. METHODS:Click embryo H &H with 18 to 19 period of developing rank was selected in this study.Central tube was opened through operation,and ONTD model of spinal cord was induced.After the neural tube opening, skin transplantation was performed in experimental group,whereas it was not done in control group.Then click embryos in both experimental group and control group were incubated respectively, and the recovery rate and histomorphological changes of ONTDs of spinal cord were compared after three day,five day,seven day and ten day incubation. RESULTS:The recovery rate of ONTDs of spinal cord was 87%(13/15), 60%(9/15),54%(7/16) and 88%(14/16) respectively in experimental group after three day,five day,seven day and ten day incubation,and that was 13%(2/15),0(0/15),0(0/15) and 20%(3/15) respectively in control group.The compared results showed that there was significant difference(P< 0.01).The recovery rate of ONTDs of spinal cord in experimental group at four different stages of embryogenesis was no significant difference(P >0.05).Furthermore, recovering histomorphological changes of ONTDs of spinal cord were similar to the normal one in experimental group. CONCLUSION:According to the ONTDs model of spinal cord in click embryo,skin transplantation can promote the recovery of spinal cord as normally histomorphological structure,and make a protective effect on spinal cord.
