摘　　要：目的 :探讨门奇断流术的远期疗效。方法 :对 4 8例进行门奇断流术 1年以上的病人进行胃镜、肝功能及B超的随访并进行回顾性分析。结果 :4 4例断流术的病人 1年后肝功能较术前改善或稳定 ,未发现胃黏膜病变。结论 :门奇断流术是治疗门脉高压症的有效术式。Objective: To investigate long-term outcomes of portazygerus devascularization. Methods: 48 cases with portazygerus devascularization were followed up over one year by gastroduodendoscopy, hepatic function detection, B- ultrasonography and analysis were undertaken retrospectively. Results: The hepatic function of these 44 patients are better than preoperation or keep stable, the gastropathy was not found.Conclusion:The portazygerus devascularization is an effective operational way for portal hypertension.
