血过敏原体外检测与慢性副鼻窦炎和鼻息肉复发关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血过敏原体外检测 (invitrotest,IVT)与慢性副鼻窦炎 ,鼻息肉复发的关系。方法 :对 10例正常人 (对照组 ) ,4 6例慢性副鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病人分别进行血IVT过敏原体外检测、比较、随访。结果 :慢性副鼻窦炎、鼻息肉病人组的血IVT过敏原体外检测中总IgE阳性率明显高于正常对照组 ,而慢性副鼻窦炎、鼻息肉组中总IgE阳性患者的复发率明显高于总IgE阴性患者。结论 :血IVT过敏原体外检测为预测慢性副鼻窦炎、鼻息肉复发的重要指标之一。Objective: To discuss the relationship between plasma allergen detection in vitro test(IVI) and chronic paranasal sinusitis, nasal polyps' recurrence. Methods: 10 normal patients were enrolled in control group, 46 patients with chronic paranasal sinusitis and nasal polyps were enrolled in a trial group. The plasma IVT allergen in both groups were detected in vitro, and then compared, followed up visit. Results: Total IgE positive rate in the patients with chronic paranasal sinusitis and nasal polyps was remarkably higher than that in the control patients. The recurrence rate with total IgE positive patients was also remarkably higher than that of total IgE negative patients. Conclusion:Plasma IVT allergen in vitro detection was an important index for the prediction of chronic paranasal sinusitis and nasal polyps.
