摘　　要：多羟基二苯乙烯类化合物具有广谱的生物活性 ,目前已明确的生理活性有 :抗过敏、抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、抑制过敏反应、调控有机体免疫防御系统、抗血栓、清除自由基、抗血小板聚集、抗白血病、降血脂、降血糖等。本文综述了此类化合物的结构与生物活性的研究进展。Extensive biological activities of polyhydroxystilbenes (PHS)have been identified . In recent years, the biological activities of PHS r e ported include antiallergy, antitumor, antioxidation and antibacterium activit ies, inhibiting the allergic reaction, adjusting the immun defensive system of organism,antith ro mbotic action, scavenging free radicals, inhibiting platelet aggregation, an til eukemic activity, cholesterol-lowering activity, glucose-lowering activity and so on.
