键联接的可靠性研究

摘　　要：本文给出了失效相关的机械零件可靠度计算的通用公式。在此基础上,推导出键联接的可靠度计算的通用公式,并且介绍了两种可靠度计算的近似方法,为提高机械零件强度和可靠性提供了有利条件。In this paper we give a general formula on reliability calculation in the case of that failure modes of machine components are correlated. On the besis of general formula we develop calculation formula of reliability of key joint and introduce two kinds of approximate methods on reliability calculation. Therefore supply advantage condition for strength of machine components and reliability.
