摘　　要：拓宽电化学机械加工(以下简称 ECMM)的应用面是我们多年研究的方向。本文详介其工艺特点和适用范围,旨在推动开发出 ECMM 的新领域。Widenning the appliction of Electriacl-Chamical mechanical Machining (ECMM)have been our research aim rot years.This paper intoduces the feature of the technique of ECMM in detail and the application area of it,and the intention is to promote the development of of new application area of ECMM.
