摘　　要：目的 :了解肿瘤患者抗生素使用基本情况 ,为抗生素的合理使用与管理提供科学依据。方法 :回顾性调查 2 0 0 3年 9月出院的 75 8份肿瘤患者的住院病历。结果 :肿瘤患者预防性用药率高 ,化疗、放疗、外科三大科室在抗生素的选择使用上有差异 ,外科用药相对不规范。结论 :应重视抗生素应用知识宣教 。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of antibiotics in a cancer hospital for improving the management and proper clinical utilization. METHODS: A total of 758 patients discharged from a cancer hospital in September 2003 were surveyed. RESULTS: The rate of preventive usage was high. It was different about the usage of antibiotics in the department of chemotherapy,radiotherapy and surgery. The usage of surgery was less reasonable than other departments.CONCLUSION: It is important to strengthen the education and management of antibiotics usage.
