摘 要:目的筛选和评价大蒜提取成分的抗内毒素作用。方法通过离子交换高效液相色谱等方法从大蒜中筛选出2个成分(大蒜黄酮1、2),采用动态浊度法测定其体外中和内毒素的能力,观察其对内毒素(20mg·kg-1)攻击小鼠的保护作用。结果大蒜黄酮2能直接中和内毒素,对内毒素攻击小鼠有显著的保护作用。结论大蒜黄酮2具有显著的抗内毒素活性。AIM: To extract garlic flavone and evaluate its antiendotoxin activity. METHODS: The two fractions (garlic flavone 1, garlic flavone 2) were screened and extracted by ion exchange HPLC, and the neutralization ability of the garlic flavone to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was determined by kinetic turbidimetric assay. The protective effect of the garlic flavone 2 was observed in mice attacked by 20 mg·kg -1 of LPS. RESULTS: The garlic flavone 2 could neutralise LPS and protect mice from the attack of LPS. CONCLUSION: The garlic flavone 2 has a significant antiendotoxin activity on LPS attacked mice.
