摘　　要：对开清棉联合机中的顺序起动、工艺流程改变等软件编程,在充分调用PLC指令情况下,编制优化程序,为整机可靠性工作奠定了基础。从而解决了几个技术难度较大问题,为推广PLC又提供了新的应用领域。The paper studys the software programming for the sequential start, technological process change and others of a combined opening and scutching machine. An opotional program under the conditions of fully played PLC instructions is given, whichlays a foundation for the whole machine working with reliability. Thus several difficult problems in terms of technical matters are solved, new fields for further PLC applications are provided.
