超声引导下软组织肿块穿刺活检取材术应用体会

摘　　要：目的 :总结超声引导下穿刺活检取材术用于软组织肿块的经验与教训。方法 :176例软组织肿块病人在彩超引导下作穿刺活检诊断。囊性的病灶采用超声引导下针吸细胞学检查 ;实质性、混合性的病灶采用超声引导下自动活检穿刺组织学检查。结果 :176例软组织肿块穿刺活检病理取材成功率为 98.87% ,活检失败者仅 2例 (1.13% )。结论 :超声引导下穿刺活检术 ,用于软组织肿块取材成功的关键在于彩超定位的准确性 ,具有安全、可靠、快捷等优点 。Objective Sum-up experience and lesson o f the App lication Ultrasound-guided needle biopsy-sample for the superficial soft tissu e masses.Methods 176 patients have been made color Ultrasound-guide d biopsy in diagnosis superficial soft tissue masses. Fluid masses of patients ma de use of Ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspirations (FNA); object masses of p at ients made use of automatic core-needle biopsy (ACNB).Results 176 cases with superficial soft tissue masses success rate of biopsy was 98.87 %,onl y 2 cases not success (1.13 %).Conclusion The Ultrasound-guided n e edle biopsy use for superficial soft tissue masses were acquired success, the ke y in that is located with color Ultrasound guidance,that is safe, guick and reli able, should as first selection method for the superficial soft tissue masses di agnosis and treatment.
