二维声像线团征对睾丸扭转的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 :探讨二维声像“线团征”对睾丸扭转的诊断价值。方法 :用 10 MHz高频超声探头对 4 6例睾丸急症患者进行检查 ,并与手术和临床对照。结果 :2 1例经手术确诊睾丸扭转患者术前超声 2 0例于睾丸前上方出现近圆形条索样强回声 ,即“线团征”,为精索扭转所致 ,其他睾丸急症患者都无此声像表现。其对睾丸扭转的诊断价值明显高于其他二维声像指标 ,与睾丸内血流消失或明显减少相比较差异无显著性。结论 :“线团征”是二维超声诊断睾丸扭转的可靠依据。Objective To study the diagnostic value of two dimensional sonogram thread ball sign to testis torsion.Methods Examine 46 case of testis emergency with high-frequency ultrasonic probe o f 10 MHz,and compare with operation and clinic.Results In the 21 c a se diagnosed as testis torsion by operation,20 of them were found to have closel y round c ord echo in the upper sit testis front ,that is thread ball sign, Which were cau sed by spermatic cord torsion, other testis emergency cases have not this sonogr am, this diagnostic value of testis torsion is apparently higher than other two dimensional ultrasound image, and there is not any obvious difference in compari son with testis blood signal vanish and clearly reduce.Conclusions Thread ball sign is the reliable evidence of two dimensional ultrasonic diagnos is of testis torsion.
