摘　　要：生产、销售伪劣商品犯罪,涉及品种多、范围广、犯罪主体复杂、社会危害大,已严重破坏了正常的经济秩序,损害了广大消费者的经济利益。严厉打击生产、销售伪劣商品犯罪活动,已成为了刑法研究的重要课题之一。The crime of manufacturing or selling fake commodities covers a wide range of varieties concerning its type, scope and complicated criminal subject, which results in serious social jeopardy. It has disrupted the regular economic order severely and done great harm to the economic interests of consumers. Thus it has become one of the important issues in criminal law research in order to give a severe attack to the criminal activity of manufacturing or selling fake commodities.
