摘　　要：建立二天油中薄荷脑的含量测定方法。方法:采用毛细管气相色谱法。色谱柱为ECTM-WAX石英毛细管柱(30m×530μm1.2μm),以水杨酸甲酯为内标。结果:该方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.17%。结论:建立的色谱方法灵敏、准确、分离度好,用于二天油的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method of determination of menthol in erting oil.Methods:The content of menthol in erting oil was determined by capillary gas chromatography using a ECTM-WAX capillary column(30 m×530 μm,1.2 μm),and methyl salicylate was adopted as internal standard.Results:The linear was good and the average recovery was 99.17%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and has a good resolution of separation and can control the quality of erting oil.
