摘　　要：优选通络清脑胶囊最佳醇提工艺条件。方法:采用正交试验法,以出膏率和延胡索中总生物碱含量为指标。结果:用8倍量90%乙醇、回流提取3次、每次1h为宜。结论:通过验证试验,确认此工艺条件合理。Objective:To choose the optimal extracting technique of tongluo qingnao capsule.Methods:The optimal extracting technique of tongluo qingnao capsule was determined by observing the extraction methods with the index of the percentage of extracting obtainment and the content of total alkaloids,which is the chief component of corydalis tuber.Results:The optimal technology was choiced as extracting with eight fold,90%alcohol,three times for one hour by orthogonal test.Conclusion:Through the test and verify,the optimal extracting technique of tongluo qingnao capsule is rational.
