柔软型干法贴膜坯革的生产技术

摘　　要：牛二层蓝湿革各体形部位的组织结构、厚度、水分含量、含铬量等均不一致 ,因此要严格挑选组批、回软 ,要彻底回湿、匀湿并脱脂 ,调节好 pH值 ;复鞣以铬复鞣为主 ,配合使用醛鞣剂和具有发泡效果的马来酸酐与乙烯基类单体的共聚物鞣剂 ;中和时以中和复鞣剂为主 ,羧酸盐、小苏打配合使用 ;采用聚氨酯树脂浆液手工刷浆填充 ;用亚硫酸化鱼油、亚硫酸化植物油、亚硫酸化合成加脂剂以及柔软性能良好的天然磷酯和磷酸化合成加脂剂、合成柔软剂等配伍 ,进行多油量、多次分步加油 ;贴板、挂晾、绷板相结合干燥 ;做软采用振荡拉软、局部拉软、转鼓摔软。从而制得比较理想的柔软坯革。The structure, thickness, the content of moisture, the content of chrome contained in split wet blue are uneven. So it is important to select, sort and soak strictly. It is absolutely necessary to have thorough rewetting and degreasing and adjusting pH value in soaking. When retanning, priority should be given to chrome retanning agent, tone aldehyde retanning agent and foaming effect maleic anhydride and vinyl polymer retanning agent, using neutralizer cooperated with carboxlic salt and baking soda in neutralization. Polyurethane resin stuff is used to swab by handwork. And sulfited fish oil, sulfitation synthetic fatliquors as well as good velvet natural phosphatide, synthetic phosphate ester, synthetic soft agent are compounded in fatliquor with excessive quantity and added for many times. The way of drying is combined by pasting dry, hanging up and toggling. Vibration staking, stretching, milling are adopted to make leather soft. Thereby we can make quite ideal soft crust leather.
