摘  要:本文提出了一条以BA-1为溶剂的合成2-硝基芴的新工艺在BA-1溶剂中以芴为原料硝酸比为3.5:1、反应温 度为40℃、反应时间为5小时得标题化合物,收率为80%。BA-1回收套用二次时,产品收率高于81%,产品的收率随硝酸 比增加而增加,达到3.5:1时,产量基本稳定。通过正交试验找到了较优的工艺务件。A new process for synthesizing 2-nitrofluorene using BA-l as a solvent was presented. Fluorene was nitrated with nitric acid, molar ratio of fluorine to nitric acid was 3.5: 1, in solvent BA-1 at 40 ℃ for 5 hours, giving 2-nitrofluorene with a yield of 80%. After solvent BA-1 being recycled twice, the yield of the product would be higher than 81%. The yield was improved with the increase of the amount of nitric acid until the molar ratio of fluorine to nitric acid was 3.5:1. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments.
