摘  要:以甲苯和苯酐为原料,在三氯化铝的催化下发生酰基化反应生成2-(4’-甲基苯甲酰)苯甲酸(MBBA),最佳合成条件为:n(AICl3):n(苯酐):n(甲苯)=2:1:6,反应温度50℃,反应时间4小时,MBBA收率为91.85%。接着讨论MBBA分别与浓硫酸和发烟硫酸共热,经脱水闭环生成2-甲基蒽醌的情况,得出浓硫酸法具有优势,其最佳反应条件为:1,2-二氯乙烷为反应介质,反应温度130℃,反应时间3小时,2-甲基蒽醌收率为88.48%,熔点172℃~174℃。2-(4'-methylbenzoyl) benzoic acid (MBBA) was synthesized by acylation reaction of toluene with phthalic anhydride in the presence of alchlor, the optimum synthesis conditions were: molar ratio of alchlor: toluene : phthalic anhydride = 2: 1 : 6, reaction temperature was 50℃, reaction time was 4h, yield of MBBA was 91.85%. 2-Methylanthraquinone was prepared by dehydration and ring closure reaction of MBBA with concentrated sulfuric acid or oleum, the results showed that the process using concentrated sulfuric acid was better, and the optimum synthesis conditions were: reaction time was 3h, reaction temperature was 130℃, reaction medium was 1,2-dichloroethane, the yield was 88.48%, and melting point was 172℃~ 174℃.
