青海西宁种植大黄中矿物质元素研究

摘　　要：目的　旨在为西宁大黄资源的可持续开发和利用提供科学依据。方法　定期采集青海西宁二年生种植大黄 ,跟踪分析测试其钾、钠、钙、镁、磷等矿物质元素。结果　西宁种植大黄中钙、镁、钾、钠、磷等矿物质元素的含量均为春季高于秋季。结论　西宁种植大黄的根、茎、叶等不同的组织器官 。Objective To provide the scientific evidence for sustainable development and reasonable utilization of Rhubarb resources.Methods Rhubarb cultivated in Xinning of Qinghai growing for two years was picked, and the contents of K,Na,Ca,Mg,P in them were analyzed.Results The contents of the calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus in Rhubarb in the autumn season were higher than that in the spring season.Conclusion The needing of the different organs(root, stem and leaf) of Rhubarb cultivated in Xinning of Qinghai for mineral elements has a dynamic change.
