勃起功能障碍(ED)各种治疗的经验与评价

摘　　要：目的　评价勃起功能障碍 (ED)的各种治疗方法。方法　回顾评价近 2 0年治疗的数千例ED患者 ,所用的多种治疗方法包括 :精神心理治疗、口服药物治疗、负压缩窄装置 (VCD)、海绵体内药物注射 (ICI)、外科手术及假体植入等的疗效与结果。结果　单纯心理治疗、传统中成药及麻黄素、酚妥拉明、育亨宾硷等口服药物的有效率 ,一般均低于40 % ,而VCD、ICI、假体植入术及口服昔地那非等的疗效均可达到 70 %以上。结论　昔地那非等PDE 5抑制剂口服药已被证明是目前治疗ED有效、安全、简便的首先治疗。而VCD、ICI及假体植入术等可作为有效的二、三线治疗选择。Objective Evaluated various therapeutic methods for treatment eretile dysfunction.Mehods Reviewed the effects and advantages of thousands ED Patients Administrated to our hospital in the past 20 years.there were Subjective to Various therapeutic methods including psychiatric therapy、VCD、ICI、Operations、prosthesis implantation and Several oral medicines.Results Based on the analysis,the traditional chinese harps and ephedrine、phentalamine、yohimbine etc oral medicines and simple psychiatric therapy,the effective rates were less than 40%,and the VCD、ICI、prosthesis implantation and some tropical medicines such as sidenafil citrate the therapeutic effective rates were approaches more than 70%.Conclusion This retrospective study confirmed that sildenafil citrate is a safe and effective oral medicine to treat erectile dysfunction,and the VCD、ICI and prosthesis implantation mayybe the second or third choice for Edytherapy.
