青海高等教育适应本省经济社会发展的思考

摘　　要：青海高等教育要适应本省经济社会发展,必须充分认识青海高等教育在青海经济社会发展中的战略地位;树立现代大学办学理念,更新教育观念,不断提高办学质量;加大师资队伍建设和人才培养力度,优化专业结构,推进学科建设;加强科学研究,多出研究成果,促进成果转化,提高科技贡献率;多渠道筹措办学经费,促进青海高等教育发展。The strategic position of Qinghai provincial higher education will be fully realized in the local economic and social development in order to make it adapt to such development,and an awareness of constructing modern university,updating the educational concept and constantly improving the quality of education will always be kept in mind.More emphasis should be put on training the teaching faculty and human talents,optimizing specialty structure and accelerating the construction of key disciplinary areas.Efforts will be made to strengthen the scientific research,promote the transform of research resluts and improve the scientific and technological contribution.In addition ,every effort will be made to raise more money to promote the development of Qinghai provincial higher education.
