摘 要:用荧光光谱法研究了洛美沙星与铜(Ⅱ)、小牛胸腺DNA之间二元、三元络合物体系的荧光光谱。实验结果表明,铜(Ⅱ)和DNA均能与洛美沙星作用而猝灭洛美沙星分子的内源性荧光。依据荧光强度的变化,计算出了各二元、三元体系的结合常数和结合位点数,得出铜离子在不同浓度范围内,对洛美沙星与DNA的结合过程起到不同作用的结果,为进一步研究洛美沙星药物的抗菌杀菌机理提供了参考依据。Using fluorescence spectrometry, the fluorescence spectra of binary complexes of LMX-Cu(Ⅱ) and LMX-DNA, and ternary complexes of LMX-Cu(Ⅱ)-DNA were studied. The results show that the fluorescence intensity of LMX can be quenched in the presence of Cu(Ⅱ) or DNA in LMX system. Based on the change of the fluorescence intensity, the binding constants of LMX-Cu(Ⅱ), LMX-DNA and LMX-Cu(Ⅱ)-DNA,and the numbers of binding site were calculated. The result is that the presence of Cu(Ⅱ) with different concentrations have different effects on the binding of LMX and DNA, and it offers a direction for study on the sterilization mechanism of LMX.
