摘　　要：对我国省级体育社团管理人员的数量、管理人员的学历结构、常务负责人的年龄结构、常务负责人的任职经历和社团领导人员的任命形式进行分析,提出加强我国省级体育社团党组织建设,增加社团编制,提高管理人员的学历层次,建立一支专业化、年轻化的体育社团干部队伍。With the methods of literature,questionnaire,Interview and mathematical statistics,the personnel's quantity condition, the educational background construction,the age construction of the representative director,the worked career of the representative director and the appointed mode of leaders are analyzed,putting forward to enhance the athletics association party organize developments,fight for the association establishment,increase the personnel's educational background level of structure,establish a profession and young association staff's troops.
