摘　　要：本文介绍了一种灵敏度高(≌10^(-4)度),测量迅速的自动消光横向Kerr磁光效应测试仪。该仪器可用于多种表面现象的研究,并对石榴石薄膜横向Kerr磁光效应进行了测量。A automatic null light instrument for measuring transverse magnetooptic Kerr effects with high sensitivity is introduced in this paper. The instrument can be used in the area of surface analysis, and we have applied it in studying the magnetic garnet films.
