摘  要:目的提高CT照片的影像质量。方法1)应用密度计观测CT照片在自动冲洗工作周期内的密度变化;2)通过观测CT照片密度变化,缩小自动冲洗套药疲劳度对CT照片密度的影响。结果1)正常工作周期内套药疲劳度对测试片的S.Indx影响较小,对B+fog没有影响,而与C.Indx、Dmax、G关系密切;2)通过50个工作周期的测试片和脑CT标准窗照片中多种组织密度值的分析结果,套药循环系统的正常运转是保持CT影像密度的一致性的保证,是CT照片质量控制的根本;3)其中的四次套药循环不畅或堵塞,均造成测试片和脑CT标准窗照片密度值的下降,而Dmax受套药循环异常所造成的疲劳度的影响较大也较易观察。结论在自动冲洗工作周期内,观测CT照片密度变化,可及早发现套药循环系统异常,及时地纠正CT照片密度低下的错误,减少套药疲劳度对CT照片密度的负面影响。Objective To improve brain CT image quality. Methods 1) To measure density changes of the brain CT films of whole developing working period with a densitometer. 2) To revise the effects from fatigue extent of automatic developing solution on the film density by way of measuring density change of the brain CT films. Results 1). It was found that the fatigue extent of developing solution during a working cycle had no influence on B+fog of testing films, and had close relation on C. Indx, Dmax of testing films; 2) That through fifty working periods measurements of multi-tissue densities of testing films and brain CT films on standard window technique, the developing drug good working cycle is properties in order to maintain CT photo-density homogenous, and to achieve a quality-control, criterion of the lateral ventricular density and the gray-white matter density difference, and C. I ndx stability. 3) Among which four times developing drug block up cycle, so that drop falls density of the testing films and brain CT films on standard window technique; that had larger influence on Dmax and easily obleration. Conclusion During a whole automatic processing period, To measure density changes of the brain CT films, as soon as possible find developing drug unusual working cycle and corrects mistake that density low of brain CT films; As far as possible revise adverse effects of drug of fatigue extent to image density.
