摘　　要：论述了城市地价监测点的建立 ,以及基于WebGIS的城市地价信息发布方案的实现方法 .采用Arc \Info平台 ,利用ASP技术和脚本语言JavaScript以及HTML技术 ,响应浏览器终端的动态请求 ,实现对地价监测点空间信息的查询、显示和图形的缩放、漫游 .并通过地价监测点数据与地籍系统集成 。This paper introduces the establishment of the urban land price monitoring point and the scheme for land price information publication by adapting the Arc\Info platform, using ASP, JavaScript and HTML technology. The scheme can respond to the dynamic request from Browse, inquire and display the spatial information of the land price monitoring point, perform graphic operating functions such as zooming out/in and panning. Furthermore, it can actively monitor land price and update the data of land price monitoring points in time by integrating the data of the land price monitoring system and cadastral information system.
