摘　　要：在全球化时代的新形势下,高校学报面临诸多问题,如办刊模式和办刊理念不能适应学报发展和全球化要求,忽视与国际接轨等。认识并解决这些问题,成为学报今后发展的关键。我们应当抓住机遇,从高校学报现实出发,在学报建设中突出精品意识,注重学报特色,增强学报品牌效应。The journals of colleges and universities are confronted with many problems in the new situation of globlization. It is key to development of the journals in future to understand and resolve these problems. We should take the opportunities to speed up the construction and development of the journals. During the constructive process of journals, we should give prominence to classic quality, and play emphasis on distinguishing features and strengthen the journal's effect in social and economic respect.
