慢性肺心病患者血浆内皮素-1、一氧化氮和降钙素基因相关肽含量分析

摘　　要：目的　分析慢性肺心病 (CCP)患者血浆内皮素 1(ET 1)、一氧化氮 (NO)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)检测的临床意义。方法　应用实验研究策略 ,分别测定CCP急性加重期 (A组 ,4 4例 )、缓解期 (B组 ,4 4例 )和健康对照组 (C组 ,30例 )ET 1、NO和CGRP的血浆含量。结果　ET 1血浆含量在A组、B组和C组分别是 ( 5 8 5 92± 2 2 4 70 ) pg/ml、( 4 7 6 70± 17 85 4 )pg/ml和 ( 39 0 5 0± 2 0 36 7) pg/ml,差异有显著意义 (F=8 5 5 8,P =0 0 0 0 )。NO血浆含量在A组、B组和C组分别是 ( 70 92 2± 31 5 81) μmol/L、( 5 8 110± 2 5 2 11)μmol/L和 ( 5 0 2 6 0± 18 2 4 8) μmol/L ,差异有显著意义 (F =5 873,P =0 0 0 4 )。CGRP血浆含量在A组、B组和C组分别是 ( 6 7 344± 32 0 92 ) pg/ml、( 5 2 2 0 5± 2 3 912 ) pg/ml和 ( 39 5 6 7± 15 75 3)pg/ml,差异有非常显著意义 (F =10 74 1,P =0 0 0 0 )。结论　CCP急性加重期ET 1、NO和CGRP血浆含量增高 ;缓解期ET 1和NO不增高 。Objective To analyse the levels of plasma endothelin 1(ET 1),nitric oxide(NO) and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in patients with chronic cor pulmonale(CCP).Methods The levels of plasma ET 1,NO and CGRP were determined in 44 cases of CCP with acute exacerbation(group A),44 cases of CCP with alleviation(group B) and 30 normal controls(group C) respectively by tactics of experiment study.Results The levels of plasma ET 1 in group A,group B and group C were (58.592±22.470)pg/ml,(47.670±17.854)pg/ml and (39.050±20.367)pg/ml respectively.Tested by F,F=8.558,P=0.000,the difference had statistical significance.The levels of plasma NO in group A,group B and group C were (70.922±31.581)μmol/L,(58.110±25.211)μmol/L and (50.260±18.248)μmol/L respectively.Tested by F,F=5.873,P=0.004,the difference had statistical significance.The levels of plasma CGRP in group A,group B and group C were (67.344±32.092)pg/ml,(52.205±23.912)pg/ml and (39.567±15.753)pg/ml respectively.Tested by F,F=10.741,P=0.000,the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion The levels of plasma ET 1,NO and CGRP in patients of CCP with acute exacerbation were increased,while the levels of plasma ET 1 and NO in patients alleviation were not increased but the level of CGRP was increased.
