摘　　要：系统介绍了基于数字高程模型的道路辅助设计系统RomanCAD,该系统将交点法、积木法等多种设计方法融为一体,可满足设计人员的不同设计习惯,使设计过程更加方便灵活.平纵横联动设计功能使设计效率更高.除平纵横设计模块之外,系统还具有土石方量自动和交互调配、平面交叉设计等功能.与现有软件相比,系统具有功能多样、设计过程灵活、设计效率高等特点.A DEM-based road design system named Roman CAD is introduced. It combines the intersection point method (IPM), building block method (BBM) and many other design methods together to facilitate the design process and meet the needs of different design habits. Furthermore it supplies function of Plane-Vertical-Transect association design, which improves the design efficiency. Automatic and interactive earthwork prepare and plane cross design are also supplied. Compared with the existing software, Roman CAD possesses such advantages as various functions, flexible design process, and high efficiency.
