摘　　要：首次在纤维素三(3,5二甲苯基氨基甲酸酯)(CDMPC)手性固定相上,对柚皮素进行了对映体分离研究.考察了流动相中不同醇类添加剂种类及浓度对其对映体分离的影响.初步探讨了柚皮素在该手性固定相上的手性识别机理.Naringenin is well-known as a food additive, which contains one chiral center. It is known that optical isomers differ in their pharmacological and toxicological activities. In this paper, the enantioseparation of naringenin was firstly studied by using CDMPC chiral stationary phase(CSP). The solute obtained was separated successfully. The influence of different type and concentration of polar alcohol modifier in hexane on the resolution of the enantiomers was investigated and the chiral recognition mechanism between the analyte and CDMPC was initially discussed.
