摘  要:目的:观察去氢骆驼蓬碱的抗炎、镇痛及止痒作用。方法:以二甲苯鼠耳致炎及角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀观察抗炎作用;以小鼠扭体反应及热板法观察镇痛作用;以右旋糖酐-40致小鼠全身瘙痒模型观察药物止痒作用。结果:去氢骆驼蓬碱以剂量依赖的方式显著抑制鼠耳肿胀,在25mg/kg显著抑制足跖肿胀;剂量依赖地减少发生扭体反应的鼠数,提高小鼠的痛阈;明显抑制小鼠全身瘙痒的发作次数及发作持续时间。结论:去氢骆驼蓬碱具有抗炎、镇痛及止痒作用。Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipruritic effects of harmine (Har), a alkaloid extracted from seeds of Peganum harmala. Methods: The anti-inflammatory effects were detected with xylene-induced ear swelling and carrageenan hind paws edema in mice. The acetic acid writhing test and 55℃ hot plate test in mice were used to detect the analgesia, and the itch-scratch responses were induced by Ⅳ dextran-40 in mice. Results: The Har inhibited mouse ears edema significantly in a dose-dependent manner. The mouse hind paws edema was decreased significantly at 25 mg/kg, which lasted over five hours. Har reduced the mouse number of writhing and raised mouse pain threshold in a dose-dependent manner. Har also significantly decreased paroxysm frequeney and the duration of the itch. Conclusions: The Har possess anti-inflammatory, analgetic and antipruritic effects.
