摘　　要：利用基因重组方法 ,构建hTSHRecd基因片段原核表达系统 (E .coliM15 )。hTSHRecd蛋白表达量大 ,纯化得到毫克级高纯度的hTSHRecd蛋白 ,可与TSHR自身抗体及TSH特异性结合 。By gene recombination, the coding fragment of hTSHRecd was generated, and transformed into E.coli M15. hTSHRecd was high efficiently expressed in E.coli M15. After purification, milligrams of pure hTSHRecd was obtained, which was well recognized by hTSHR autoantibodies and TSH. Large quantities of well-characterized hTSHecd with immunological and some biological activity were produced.
