原发性高血压患者体内抗氧化能力及非洛地平的干预作用

摘  要:目的:探讨原发性高血压患者机体抗氧化能力的改变及非洛地平对其影响。方法:选择2003-12/2004-06湘雅医院收治的高血压患者30例(高血压组),观察非洛地平治疗前后患者血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力变化,并用20例正常人(健康组)的血清做对照。结果:高血压组机体内GSH-PX和CAT的水平较健康组明显下降,治疗前两组分别为(171.72±3.62)活力单位,(0.997±0.036)mkat/L,(206.12±9.47)的单位,(1.304±0.029)mkat/L(P<0.01),经治疗后,GSH-PX和CAT均明显升高,分别为(181.09±7.16)活力单位,(1.071±0.030)mkat/L(P<0.01)。结论:原发性高血压患者机体抗氧化能力减退,非洛地平可以提高原发性高血压患者的抗氧化能力,改善内皮功能。AIM:To discuss the changes of anti-oxidative ability of organ in patients with essential hypertension(EH),and the effect of felodipine.METHODS:Thirty EH patients(EH group),who were hospitalized in the Xiangya Hospital during December 2003 to June 2004,were involved in the study.The changes of serum activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and catalase(CAT) before and after treatment of felodipine were observed,and the serum of 20 normal subjects(healthy group) was taken as the control.RESULTS:The serum levels of GSH-PX and CAT were obviously lower in the EH group than in the healthy group,GSH-PX and CAT levels before treatment in the EH group were(171.72±3.62) vital unit and(0.997 ±0.036) mkat/L,while in the healthy group were(206.12±9.47) vital unit and(1.304±0.029) mkat/L(P < 0.01).After treatment,the GSH-PX and CAT levels were increased obviously in the EH group[(181.09±7.16) vital unit and(1.071±0.030) mkat/L](P< 0.01).CONCLUSION:The ability of anti-oxidation in the EH patients is reduced,and felodipine can improve this ability and ameliorate the endothelial function.
