摘  要:目的:探讨中药复方制剂安可梦口服液治疗慢性疲劳综合征的作用机制。方法:选用BALB/c小鼠,应用强制冷水游泳加进食时电击复合应激因素建立慢性疲劳动物模型,除正常组(n=12)外,成模小鼠分为4组:模型组、复方阿胶浆组犤50g/(kg·d)复方阿胶浆灌胃犦、安可梦口服液小剂量组和大剂量组犤分别以25g/(kg·d)和50g/(kg·d)安可梦口服液灌胃犦,每组12只。正常及模型组灌胃生理盐水0.5mL。各组灌胃2次/d,连续14d。对各组动物白细胞介素2(interleukin-2,IL-2)、干扰素、自然杀伤细胞的活性进行了检测。结果:模型组的IL-2、干扰素、自然杀伤细胞活性比正常组显著降低,差异有显著性(q=12.88,P<0.01);安可梦口服液大、小剂量组的IL-2、干扰素、自然杀伤细胞活性与模型组比较均有显著升高,差异有显著性(q=10.06,8.28;P均<0.01),且作用优于复方阿胶浆组(q=6.68,2.12;P<0.05~0.01)。结论:提高和调整机体低下的IL-2-干扰素-自然杀伤细胞免疫调节网水平,可能是安可梦口服液发挥滋补肝肾、健脾养心、安神定志功效,治疗慢性疲劳综合征的机制之一。AIM:To study the therapeutic mechanism of an ke meng oral liquid(AKM) in treating chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS).METHODS:BALB/c mice were made into CFS models by the application of shock complex stress factors when forced to swim in cold water and while eating. The mice models were divided into 4 groups with 12 mice in each group: model group, compound ass-hide glue plasma group,AKM small and large dosage groups,other 12 normal mice were taken as the controls.Mice in the AKM small and large dosage groups received compound ass-hide glue plasma group received gastric perfusion of compound ass-hide glue plasma 50 g/kg per day,those in the AKM small and large dosage groups received gastric perfusion of AKM of 25 g/kg and 50 g/kg per day respectively,while those in the normal and model groups were treated with gastric perfusion of saline 0.5 mL.Gastric perfusion was performed twice a day for successive 14 days in all the groups.Activities of interleukin-2(IL-2),interferon(INF) and natural killer(NK) cells were determined with in all the groups.RESULTS:The activities of IL-2,INF and NK cells in the model group was significantly decreased as compared with those in the normal group(q=12.88,P< 0.01),while those in the AKM large and small dosage groups were significantly increased as compared with those in the model group(q=10.06,8.28,P< 0.01),and those in the AKM large and small dosage groups were superior to those in the compound ass-hide glue plasma group(q=6.68,2.12,P< 0.05 to 0.01).CONCLUSION:Enhancement and regulation of the lower levels of IL-2-IFN-NK cells immunoloregulation net may be one of the mechanisms of AKM in invigorating liver and kidney,reinforcing spleen and nourishing the heart,tranquilizing the mind and treating CFS.
