摘 要:本文利用实验室规模的循环流化床烟气脱硫实验装置研究了200-400℃范围内的中温干法烟气脱硫过程,并通过对脱硫产物的各种分析,揭示了烟气中CO2及NO对脱硫过程的影响规律及机理。 CO2对脱硫过程有抑制作用,尤其在反应温度大于300℃后,其作用已经不可忽视;NO对脱硫过程有促进作用,但是效果随温度的升高而减小,至350℃以上基本消失,这种促进作用主要是通过生成中间产物Ca(NO3)2而减少CaCO3、CaSO3的生成量来实现的,同时NO的参与也会改善反应的气相扩散条件。In this paper, a series of experiments were carried out in a CFB pilot plant to explore a new dry desulfurization process under the temperature range of 200-400℃. CO2 was found as a negative efficiency to sulfate reaction especially when the temperature was over 300℃. NO was found as a rule of helpful factor to increase the calcium conversion rate in the desulfurization process. Additional, existing with NO, it was testified that the desulfurization byproduct almost was CaSO4 instead of CaSO3according to the chain reaction principle caused by NO. It was conclusion that using NO in the flue gas to improve the efficiency of dry desulfurization process was feasible.
