摘  要:在池栽遮雨条件下 ,研究了不同灌溉措施对冬小麦灌浆期光合产物的供应、转化及相关酶活性的影响。结果表明 ,灌溉明显改善小麦灌浆期光合产物的供应及转化。土壤干旱使叶面积指数降低 ,叶面积持续期缩短 ,旗叶光合速率及SPS活性下降 ,光合产物供应不足 ;同时籽粒中SS、ADPG PPase、SSS和GBSS活性明显下降 ,特别是在灌浆中后期更明显 ,显著降低了光合产物的转化能力 ,导致粒重和穗重明显下降。试验还表明籽粒SSS和GBSS活性主要受淀粉合成底物供应的影响 ,SS、ADPG PPase活性对土壤水分干旱较敏感 ,是小麦在干旱胁迫环境中调控淀粉合成的关键酶。Different irrigation regimes of winter wheat were designed to study the changes of photosynthate supply and con version during grain filling period. The results showed that irrigation affected photosynthate supplement and conversion remarkably. LAI , photosynthesis rate, SPS activity, LAD in flag leaves and the activities of SS,ADPG PPase,SSS and GBSS in grains during grain filling stage as well as the weight of spikes and grains were decreased by soil water drought. The activities of SSS and GBSS were mainly affected by substrate supply, while SS and ADPG PPase were the key enzymes to regulate the synthesis rate of starch under soil drought environment and the activities of them were more sensitive to soil moisture.
