摘　　要：介绍了单色仪输出信号处理的设计方案 .利用图像传感器CCD和计算机代替光电倍增管和X Y记录仪 ,初步实现了硬件不够理想带来的光谱畸变的软件修正 ,并提高了数据的处理速度 .A new method for the output singal processing of monochromator is introduced. Photomultiplier tubes (PMT) and X-Y recorder is replaced by image sensor CCD and computer, and spectrum deformation caused by the unideal hardware is preliminarily amended by using the software.And better results can be got more quickly than before.
