老年骨转移瘤患者放射性药物治疗后免疫功能的分析

摘　　要：目的　分析放射性药物氯化89锶 (89SrCl2 )治疗老年单纯骨转移瘤前后机体免疫功能的变化及治疗有效和无效患者免疫功能的差异。方法　选择经临床确诊骨转移瘤为首发病症 ,未经过任何治疗的患者并且应用放射性药物89SrCl2 治疗的老年患者 42例及正常老年对照组 2 0例。分别测定各患者治疗前、后及正常对照组T淋巴细胞亚群CD4 + 、CD8+ 值 ,比较无效患者与有效患者各免疫学指标。结果　正常对照组与骨转移瘤组治疗前后的免疫指标均有显著差异 (P <0 .0 0 5)。正常对照组和骨转移瘤患者治疗有效的患者之间差异不显著 (P >0 .5)。治疗前治疗有效患者与无效者两者不具有统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5) ,治疗后两者具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论　骨转移瘤患者免疫功能受抑制 ,89SrCl2 治疗后 ,免疫功能得到恢复 ,无效患者免疫功能经治疗后恢复程度低于有效患者。Objective To investigate the influence o f 89SrCl 2 (strontium-89 chloride) on the immunological functions in the o ld patients with bone metastases and study the relativity between the immunologi cal indexes and prognosis of the patients. Methods 42 p atients who were diagnosed by clinic and without any treatment were treated with 89SrCl 2. The values of CD 4 +, CD 8 + and CD 4 +/CD 8 + were d etected before and after 89SrCl 2 treatment, as well in 20 controls. The difference of immunological indexes between the effective patients and inefficac ious patients were also compared. Results The indexes b etween the patients and controls, before and after the therapy, were different s ignificantly (P<0.005). The difference of control group and patients with ef fective treatment was not significantly (P>0.5). There was no statistic diff erence between patients with effective treatment and inefficacious treatment bef ore treatment (P>0.05), but the difference after treatment was significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions The immunological functions in the patients with bone metastases were inhibited obviously. Treating with 89SrCl 2 could improve their immunological functions to a certain extent. T he recover level of the inefficacious patients was lower than that of the effica cious patients.
