摘  要:用自行组装的流动注射 智能测铁仪对高浓度铁(Ⅱ)和铁(Ⅲ)进行在线稀释测定,该仪器的分析结果与FIA 721B型分光光度计法分析结果进行比较,结果表明,该方法有快速、准确等优点。其测量的线性范围是:铁(Ⅱ)和铁(Ⅲ)分别为0.10~5.00mg·L-1和0.10~4.50mg·L-1,采用在线稀释后为0.50~30.00mg·L-1铁(Ⅱ)和0.50~20.00mg·L-1铁(Ⅲ)。测定频率为40个样品·h-1;RSD<5%,能满足工业企业分析监测的需要。For the photometric determination of both Fe(Ⅱ) and Fe(Ⅲ) of high concentrations, a self-made Intelligence FI Iron Analyzer is designed and fabricated. An on-line dilution device is installed in the Analyzer. Range of linearity of this Analyzer are 0.10~5.00mg for Fe(Ⅱ) and 0.10~4.50mg for Fe(Ⅲ), and are extended to 0.50~30.00mg for Fe(Ⅱ), and 0.50~20.00mg for Fe(Ⅲ) when on-line dilution is used. o-Phenanthroline is used as color reagent for determination of Fe(Ⅱ) iron and a mixed color reagent containing tiron and chromeazurol S is used for determination of ferric iron. Sampling frequency of this instrument is 40 sample per hour. RSD′s of results obtained by this Analyzer are less than 5%. It is stated that the accuracy and precision of the results obtained by this Analyzer meet with the requirements of industrial monitoring analysis.
