摘 要:研究了用吸光光度法间接测定微量苯酚的方法。在KBrO3和KBr溶液中,以淀粉 碘化钾为显色剂,最大吸收波长为590nm,线性范围为0.10~2.00mg·L-1,回收率为92%~110%,NH+4、Ca2+、Fe3+等不干扰测定。该法用于测定工业废水中痕量苯酚,结果满意。Phenol in the sample is separated from some co-existing metal ions and phenylamine by distillation, and an appropriate aliquot of the distillate is taken for the photometric determination. In a dilute hydrochloric acid solution of 0.08mol·L^(-1), phenol is brominated by bromine which is liberated quantitatively by the raction of KBrO3 with bromide. The excess of bromine is reacted with iodide to give free iodine, which forms a blue colored complex with starch. The absorbance of the blue colored solution is measured at its λ(max) (590nm). The color intensity decreases with the increase of the concentration of phenol, and a linear relationship keeps in the range 0.10~2.00mg·L^(-1) of phenol. Recoveries from 92%~110% are obtained. In the analysis of waste water sample by this method, the results are satisfactory.
