摘　　要：目的 :制定红毛五加多糖胶囊中多糖含量测定方法。方法 :采用苯酚 -硫酸法测定制剂中红毛五加多糖含量。结果 :多糖在 2 .4～ 7.2 μg·ml- 1间有良好的线性关系 ;多糖平均加样回收率为 97.4 % ,RSD为 2 .8% (n=5 )。结论 :结果准确 ,重复性好 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective:To establish a method for determining polysaccharrides in Acantbopanax giraldii Harms Polysaccharrides Capsules.Methods:The content of polysaccharrides in Acanthopanax giraldii Harms Polysaccharrides Capsules was determined by C 6H 6O-H 2SO 4 method.Results:A good linearity for polysaccharrides was ranged from 2.4 μg to 7.2 μg;The average recovery of polysaccharndes was 97.4% with RSD 2.8%(n=5).Conclusion:The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. This method can be used for quality control of capsules.
