摘  要:目的 了解呼吸道感染病原菌谱及耐药性。方法 对 1999年 7月~ 2 0 0 1年 7月间 ,呼吸道感染住院患者合格痰标本进行细菌学培养 ,测定药物敏感性。结果  2 4 2 3份痰标本中分离细菌 10 5 3株 ,革兰阴性杆菌占72 .0 8% ,铜绿假单胞菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、流感嗜血菌、肺炎克雷伯菌分别占 6 .77%、5 .90 %、4 .33%、4 .17%、3.5 1% ,其中 15 4份标本为多重感染菌 ;大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属的 ESBL s阳性率分别为4 0 .0 %、2 9.9% ;MRSA及 MRCNS的阳性率分别为 4 1.5 %、73.1% ;药敏结果提示铜绿假单胞菌、肠杆菌属细菌、沙雷菌属、不动杆菌属及 ESBL s阳性的大肠埃希菌、克雷伯菌属等均出现多重高比例耐药。结论 近年呼吸道感染以革兰阴性杆菌为主 ,而且出现多重耐药。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug-resistance of the bacteria in respiratory tract (infection. )METHODS A total of 2 423 cases sputum samples of the inpatients were cultured, antibiotic-(resistance) test was done according to K-B method. RESULTS In 2 423 cases samples, 1 503 bacteria strains were isolated. Among these strains, the isolation rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, coagulase negative (Staphylococcus), (Escherichia coli), Haemophilus influenzae, and Klebsiella pneumoniae, were 6.77%, (5.9%,) 4.33%, 4.17%, and 3.51%, respectively, and of MRSA and MRCNS were 41.5% and 73.1%. Drug-sensitive test showed that (P. aeruginosa), Enterobacter, Serratia, Acinetobacter and ESBLs positive E. coli and K. pneumoniae had higher (resistance) rate, especially ESBLs-positive strains, MRSA and MRCNS. CONCLUSIONS In recent years, major cause of respiratory tract infection may be Gram negative bacteria which have multidrug-resitance.
