摘  要:目的 评价国产加替沙星胶囊和左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗呼吸系统和泌尿系统感染的疗效及安全性。方法 以左氧氟沙星为对照药物 ,采用前瞻性多中心随机双盲平行对照临床试验 ,观察两种药物治疗呼吸系统和泌尿系统感染患者 2 0 0例 ,用琼脂稀释法测最低抑菌浓度 ( MIC)。结果 对大多数革兰阴性菌加替沙星的 MIC范围与左氧氟沙星的基本一致 ,二者抗菌活性相似 ;对于革兰阳性细菌 ,加替沙星 MIC范围均低于左氧氟沙星的 MIC范围 ,其 MIC90 比左氧氟沙星的低 2倍。结论 加替沙星对呼吸系统和泌尿系统感染的细菌体外抗菌活性较强 ,而且对革兰阳性细菌的抗菌活性强于左氧氟沙星 。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficiency and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of bacterial infections from respiratory and urinary systems. METHODS Multicenter prospective double-blind randomized controlled clinical study was performed comparing gatifloxacin with levofloxacin in the treatment of 200 patients from respiratory and urinary infection. Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined by agar dilution method. RESULTS MIC range and antibacterial activity of gatifloxacin against the most part of Gram negative (G -) bacteria were same as levofloxacin; MIC 90 of gatifloxacin against Gram positive (G +) bacteria was twice as that of levofloxacin. CONCLUSIONS In vitro antibacterial activity of gatifloxacin from respiratory and urinary systems, especially against G + bacteria is stronger than that of levofloxacin. Gatifloxacin is a safe and effective new fluoroquinolone antibiotic.
