摘 要:目的 探讨理想的空气消毒方法及不同消毒方法对空气不同菌种的消毒效果。方法 用平板自然沉降法于开始消毒前及消毒后不同时段采样检测菌数并作细菌鉴定 ;空气消毒效果采用检验科细菌室中自然菌作为观察对象 ;氯氧三嗪 (三氯异氰尿酸 ,健之素 )、过氧乙酸、过氧化氢试验采用微粒子气溶胶喷雾 ;比较紫外线、氯氧三嗪、过氧乙酸、过氧化氢、中药艾条和空气消毒洁净器对细菌室空气自然菌的杀菌效果。结果 6种消毒方法均能使空气细菌明显下降 ;过氧化氢、过氧乙酸和空气洁净器消毒效果显著 ;空气洁净器能在日常医疗工作中持续消毒杀菌 ;革兰阳性球菌和革兰阴性菌对 6种消毒方法均敏感 ,芽胞杆菌和真菌类对上述个别方法有一定的耐受。OBJECTIVE To explore the satisfactory method on air disinfection, and to observe the effect of different methods. METHODS Collecting air bacteria with plates before and after air disinfection, then identifying them, we selected one room to be observed. We compared the germicidal effect of ultraviolet rays, symclosene (trichloroisocyanuric acid), peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, moxa stick and air purifier. RESULTS The results showed the bactericidal effect of every method was obvious. The effects of hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid and air purifier were better than others; air purifier could be used when people worked in room,and it was safe and more effective. Gram-positive cocci and Gram-negative bacteria were sensitive for every method, but Bacillaceae and fungi were resistant to some kinds of methods in a little degree. CONCLUSIONS Hydrogen peroxide and air purifier are the better methods for air disinfection, and air purifier has some advantages than other methods.
